From burgers that incorporate a special blend of chuck and short ribs, freshly ground, hand pattied, and seasoned with Plump Chef spices, to sandwiches that are as unique and fresh as the neighborhood in which they’re being served. How about a Duck Bacon Melt Burger, infused with duck bacon and wild mushrooms before being topped with cheddar cheese, or a Shrimp Po Boy on grilled ciabatta with all the fixins’? Craft Mobile Kitchen also serves a selection of small plate Samplings, such as a Kimchee and Short Rib Quesadilla, Gourmet Salads, and Desserts. They even have a Kids’ Menu for the smallest food truck enthusiasts.
